Life Sciences Day Poster Competition: Call for Participants

On behalf of the organizing committee for Life Sciences Day, we would like to invite you to submit an abstract to present your research at our upcoming event, Life Sciences Day 6.0, on May 25th, 2023.

The Life Sciences Day poster competition is open to all students at the undergraduate and graduate levels working on research in the Life Sciences field at large. Furthermore, students from other institutions in the Ottawa area are also invited to submit an abstract to present at the event. The deadline for abstract submission is May 11th, 2023.

The poster competition will be held IN-PERSON in the Richcraft Building on campus, and more details about the size and format of your poster will be provided to the students whose abstracts are chosen to move forward in the competition.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three posters in both the undergraduate and graduate categories.

If you have any questions regarding the poster competition this year, please reach out to Dr. Jeffrey Smirle in the Office of the Dean of Science (jeffrey.smirle@carleton.ca) for more details.
